How to Upgrade Your Plan
Upgrading unlocks more integrations, higher record limits, and faster sync frequencies.
When to Upgrade
The Free plan includes 500 records and 1 source integration. Most Shopify stores hit the 500-record limit within the first week — even a small store with 200 products, 150 customers, and 200 orders is already over. When you see a "record limit reached" notice in your Dashboard, it's time to upgrade.
Plans Overview
| Free | Pro ($29/mo) | Business ($79/mo) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Records in sync | 500 | 50,000 | 500,000 |
| Integrations | 1 source | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Fastest schedule | Daily | Every 5 min | Real-time |
Steps to Upgrade
- Go to the Pricing page or click Upgrade in your Dashboard
- Select the plan you want (Pro or Business)
- Enter your payment information
- Click Subscribe
Your new plan is active immediately — existing syncs will resume with the higher limits.
What Happens When You Upgrade
- More records - Your 500-record cap increases to 50,000 (Pro) or 500,000 (Business)
- More integrations - Connect Shopify + Stripe + Mailchimp simultaneously
- Faster schedules - Enable 5-minute or 15-minute syncs on existing syncs
Payment
- We accept all major credit cards
- Billing is monthly with no long-term commitment (save 20% with annual billing)
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal
Prorated Billing
If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged the difference for the remaining days. The full price applies starting your next billing date.
Downgrading
To downgrade, visit the billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your record count exceeds the lower plan's limit, syncs will pause until you reduce your data.
