Managing Your Subscription

Use the billing portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click Manage Billing next to your plan
  3. You'll be redirected to our secure billing portal

What You Can Do

In the billing portal, you can:

  • Update payment method - Add or change your credit card
  • View invoices - Download past receipts
  • Change plan - Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
  • Cancel subscription - End your paid plan
  • Update billing email - Change where invoices are sent

Cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Your syncs will stop running when the period ends
  • Data already in Airtable remains unchanged
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Billing Questions

For billing issues or questions:

  • Check your spam folder for invoice emails
  • Ensure your card hasn't expired
