Managing Your Subscription
Use the billing portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Accessing the Billing Portal
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click Manage Billing next to your plan
- You'll be redirected to our secure billing portal
What You Can Do
In the billing portal, you can:
- Update payment method - Add or change your credit card
- View invoices - Download past receipts
- Change plan - Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
- Cancel subscription - End your paid plan
- Update billing email - Change where invoices are sent
Cancellation
If you cancel:
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Your syncs will stop running when the period ends
- Data already in Airtable remains unchanged
- You can resubscribe anytime
Billing Questions

- Check your spam folder for invoice emails
- Ensure your card hasn't expired
