Sync Frequency Options
Choose how often TableSync automatically updates your Airtable data.
Available Schedules

| Hourly | Updates every hour | Pro, Business |

Choosing a Schedule
Consider these factors:
- How fresh does data need to be? For dashboards viewed daily, daily sync is fine. For active sales teams, hourly or faster works better.
- How much data changes? High-volume data benefits from frequent syncs.
- Your plan limits - Faster schedules use more of your monthly sync allowance.
Changing Schedule
To change a sync's schedule:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on the sync you want to modify
- Update the schedule setting
- Save changes
Sync Counts
Each scheduled run counts as one sync toward your monthly limit. A sync that runs hourly uses about 720 syncs per month.
